In one of his talks in one of his seminars, he addressed righteousness.
"Righteousness is the expression of the will or nature of the Father. It is the expression of the will and nature of God. If God sits on His throne and does nothing, says nothing and doesn't do anything, you will know nothing about righteousness.
"But when He takes action and does whatever He does while in the midst of action, He will only perform it in accordance to His commandments. The Pastor Chris Oyakhilome describes Him in Bible.
